Shop dog Nanuk made his way through another burrito bag. All burritos left out will be confiscated!

Built some security gates after the first time they tried to break into the gun store. This is the most recent attempt. Didn’t work out so well for them… Had the damaged gate replaced within 24 hours.

Nice little backyard upgrade I did the metal fabrications for. Fire pit, railings and planter boxes. All with the same powder coat the client picked out. Oiled bronze in this case. Love doing projects that people really get to enjoy every day!

The consistency of the bluing on these stainless lathe shavings is impressive!

New railing I’m working the details on. Japanese brown patina with a cast bronze piece(polished) that I will suspend right where it is. Anything worth doing is worth overdoing!

Just completed these custom railings for a beautiful mansion remodel in Denver.

A quick visit to the Joshua tree area. You can see the Salton Sea from a hike up the hill behind where we stayed.

Well that made the backyard a lot better! Powder coat and bolt up with a pour over slab at 3% grade. Cedar planks for the accent.

Always nice to see the restoration of an ancient Denver property come together so nice! What a Blessing this project was.

Repaired a forged copper seahorse with a 3/32” bronze TIG rod. No heat and it’s better for it.

Twisted, hammered in many different ways for texture, radiuses forged up, down and to the left. The Lambs Tongue.

Had a customer want to transform his dads shotgun into a floor lamp. Built a base, did a patina, mounted it and wired it up. What a fun project!

Sometimes a day off is just a day off, other times it’s a 17” rainbow and a 19” cutbow.

Textured under fire with a nice patina and silver maple slab.

Custom fabricated Hood/BBQ combo. All sprockets and the hood were done in ceramic powder coat. Good for 1800 degrees. Custom tensioning device and a pillow block to keep it smooth.

Anything worth doing is worth overdoing.

Awesome art project i was part of the team on for Junoworks. Love seeing the KTLA sign in the background. For those of us that grew up in Joshua Tree area and didn’t have cable. Came through crystal clear when the antenna was just right.

New welding table in the works. 2” grid OC within a few thousandths. It’s custom.

I only need to twist up/hammer 200’ of the 5/16” square bar… it’s a sitting down job, kinda nice every once and a while.

Jarrett and I just completed a sign for an automotive repair shop just down the block. Water jet, fabrication and patina. What an excellent install!

Stoked I got to weld a hole in a gas tank today. The customer also wants to commission a burning man project! More deets later.

New A-frame I just built for the shop. Solid. Thanks to my Journeyman sheetmetal friends for helping lift the final piece into place. .045 dual shield was not in their wheelhouse, but it is now.

Still needs a stain but coming along. Russian Olive top.

One nice thing about doing a project in an executives office @ downtown Denver. Feet up, break time.

Some sample textures for a really neat table coming up. The customer chose the top hammered finish and did a big pass on the bottom option. Good choice sir 😎 🔨
